Step 3. Create Title Page: For change the size of the text box by selecting it and then dragging the corners of the box. To move the text boxes, select the box, and move arrow over the border of the box. A four-arrow icon will appear, and clicking with this icon will allow to move the text boxes wherever you choose.
Step 4. Add table, charts, pictures, graphs, etc: For insert a chart, picture, graph or any other graphic, click on the "Insert" tab on the Ribbon. Here you will see buttons of all the options of what you can insert into your slide (Tables, Images, Illustrations, Links, Text, Symbols and Media groups). Click the designated box and insert what it is you want to have on that slide.
To insert a Table→ Select the Insert tab → in the Tables group click to the arrow of Table command → select a Table rows and columns and the click.
To insert a Picture→ Select the Insert tab→ in the Images group click to the Picture command → Navigate to your picture → select a picture → click to Insert.
Alternatively, to insert a Photo Album → select the Insert tab → in the Images group click to the arrow of Photo Album command … Click on File/Disk… Select your Photos Click Insert.
To insert a chart → Select the Insert tab → in the Illustrations group, click to the chart command → in the opening window chose the chart form what you want and click to OK.
What you add by Insert chart, table, picture video or audio, you can add a border or edit it by New tabs (by Design, Layout, Format or Playback tabs).
Step 5. Add Transitions: To add transitions in between your slides, click the "Transitions" tab on the Ribbon. Here you can scroll through all the options of transitions, and hover over them to see a preview. Select the slide you want the transition applied to, and then click the transition you chose. It can be do this for every slide, selecting the same or different transitions.
Step 6. Add Animations: To add animations to the slides, click the "Animations" tab on the Ribbon. Here you can scroll through all the options of animations, and hover over them to see a preview. Select the slide the animation applied to and then click the animations you chose. It can be do this for every slide, selecting the same or different animations.
Step 7. Play the Presentation: Once you have all your slides completed and in the order you want, view your slideshow. Click the "Slide Show" tab at the top of the page and select "From Beginning". You can go through your entire slideshow and change slides by clicking or pressing the right arrow. A shortcut to this is pressing F5 you have now made a PowerPoint presentation.
Presenting a slide show: To present slide show, its need to know how to start it. PowerPoint allows to start a slide show from the first slide or from any slide within the slide show. Once the slide show has started, its need to know how to advance through the slides.
