sheet of paper at the beginning of every month. It's usually just tasks all listed
out that I feel are the best tasks to focus on to grow the company and is based a
lot of times on customer feedback. Once I have all the tasks written out I go
through and start ordering them from most likely to make a big impact on
customer satisfaction and revenue, to least likely. I also take note of how long
the task might take and factor that into the final order of tasks for the month.
Some months there is only one really large task, others there are dozens of
smaller tasks, but they are all organized based on the impact they will have on
the growth of the company.
