Actually of this work is lies in a closer examination of the spiritual values embodied in the literature for children of the Edwardian period. Because English literature contains immortal treasures. Research methods: we can learn through the analysis, generalization and systematization of psychological and pedagogical research, methods of verification and targeted pedagogical observation, pedagogical modeling methods.
The aimof course work is to show the role and importance of the work in children's literature and, of course, its unique features in the English language, through analysis.
In accordance with the goal, we have set the following tasks:
- getting to know the subject of the work;
- determine its place in national English literature;
- to determine differences and similarities with other works based on the structure of the work.
The object of course workis to provide students with information about the work of the "A Little Princess" in the process of teaching a foreign language.
The purpose of course work is to reveal the distinctive features of the works of the Frances Eliza Hodgson in English literature.
To achieve these goals is, the following tasks were set:
- tracing the history of the development of romanticism in England and its characteristics;
- compare the concepts of landscape in the works of writers.
- consideration of the role of Frances Eliza Hodgson’s works in children's literature;
- analysis of Frances Eliza Hodgson’s work and his contribution to English literature;
- Description of the results of the development and validation of the program for the development of children's worldview using English literature.
The theoretical value of the course work is that if the educational process is provided with the material of romanticism and is conducted in three stages, the formation of students' analysis of works through the creation of English literature will be successful. Working based on cognitive-enrichment, reproductive-activity, creative approach.
