Input devices:the eyes of your PC

The eyes of a PC, or more accurately, the input devices that allow you to interact with a computer visually, are typically comprised of the following:

   Monitor/Display: The primary visual output device for a computer. It allows you to see the graphical user interface (GUI), applications, and various content displayed by your PC. Monitors come in different sizes, resolutions, and technologies (LCD, LED, OLED, etc.).

   Webcam: While primarily used for capturing video and images, webcams can also function as input devices. They enable you to interact visually with others through video conferencing, live streaming, or recording videos. Some webcams also support facial recognition for security purposes.

   Scanner: Although not exclusive to visual input, scanners are capable of converting physical documents or images into digital formats. They use optical sensors to capture and translate the visual content into a digital representation that can be manipulated or stored on a computer.

   Graphics Tablet/Digitizer: Popular among digital artists and designers, a graphics tablet or digitizer allows you to draw or write directly on a special tablet surface using a stylus. These devices capture the pen movements and translate them into digital input, enabling precise and intuitive control over graphic applications.

   Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Devices: OCR devices, such as handheld scanners or pen scanners, are specifically designed to extract text from printed materials like books, documents, or business cards. These devices capture the visual content, analyze it using OCR technology, and convert it into editable text that can be utilized on a computer.
   

It's worth mentioning that the eyes themselves are not part of a PC's input system. The input devices listed above are designed to capture or interpret visual information and communicate it to the computer for further processing or display.
