Tadbiq etish darajasi: Maktabgacha ta’lim tizmining ta’lim samaradorligi ni oshirishda xorijiy tajribalarni o‘rganish va qiyosiy tahlil qilish orqali maktabgacha ta’lim sohasida ta’lim sifat va samaradorligiga erish mumkin bo‘ladi. Ushbu dissertatsiya ishidan olingan natijalarni maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarida pedagog-tarbiyachilarga seminar trening sifatida va bolalar faoliyati jarayonida hamda ota- onalarga tavsiyalar berishda foydalanish mumkin.

ANNOTATION
Base words: Pre-school education; experience; education and training; competence; pedagogical technologies; Preschool education system of South Korea, Finland, Germany;activity; Triz technology.
Object of research: In order to study and compare foreign experiences in increasing the effectiveness of the preschool education system, pedagogues-educators, preparation and large groups of the preschool education organization were selected.
The purpose of the study: to introduce training methods for developing the professional competence of preschool teachers based on foreign experiences.
Research technologies: Pedagogical-psychological analysis, test questionnaires, observation, interview, generalization, pedagogical experiment-test and mathematical-statistical technology.
Obtained results and their novelty

  • It was studied as a scientific-pedagogical problem in improving the educational efficiency of the preschool educational organization and the study and comparative analysis of advanced foreign experiences;

  • Implementation of innovative educational technologies, foreign experiences, pedagogical-psychological literature, information sources, taking into account the individual characteristics of children, were studied and comparatively analyzed;

  • Enriched with innovative approaches to further increase the quality of education in the preschool education system;

  • In the pre-school education system, experimental work was carried out through the study and comparative analysis of advanced foreign experiences in improving the effectiveness of education.
