The Gabonese Red Cross, as per the management vision of volunteerism, undertook the 
enrolment of volunteers in the province of the estuary, thus raising 862 new volunteers, with 
funds from Japanese Government.
 
•
Sao Tome Red Cross obtained its first DREF ever to fight against flood and was able to make 
a difference by assisting 7,353 people in WASH, Health, and PGI sectors across the country.
