Materials and methods 1. Plant material. From July to Augusts in 2009.bulb were placed in plastic vases containing
gibberellic acid at 0,5,10,15 mg/l GA3,the vases containing GA3 at various concentration
were arranged in a completely Randomized Design with 3replication. Potted plant in
research center and natural Resources ark in Iran. were grown under commercial conditions
in field the flowers are borne on an emergent shoot enclosed whiten 7leaves ,unless
otherwise specified stems were harvested when the first flower bud showed full
color,(fig1)cut stem were transported the laboratory. The cut flower were immediately trans
ferried to 300 cc glass containing water, During the experiment light intensity was full
natural light, temperature was 20
2 and rate humidity was 60% until end vase life effect of
GA3
on the vase life.
