Purpose and objectives of the study. The aim of the study is to analyze the
directions for improving the management of human resources in commercial
enterprises. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are defined:
- To reveal theoretical bases of management by human resources in the
commercial enterprise;
-explanation of the human resources management system in the commercial
enterprise, development of the personnel of commercial enterprises and
accounting;
-implementation of measures to improve the human resource management system
of a commercial enterprise.
