Urgency of the topic. In the modern period, one of the most important assets of
the enterprise are human resources. Accelerated changes in society, occurring in
the era of high technology, led to the development of the role of information, the
ability to manage in commercial enterprises, on which depends both the activities
of the enterprise itself and the characteristics of society as a whole. The foregoing
causes the relevance of the topic under study.
It should be noted that the correct distribution of personnel is an integral part of
the personnel policy of modern management. In the conduct of the study, it is
expedient to build on the methods of the system approach. From all of the above, it
should be concluded that conducting research in this direction is of particular
relevance.
