Coach House will be acquired via a small business administration (SBA) loan with the buyers supplying 20% down, Milliybank supplying 50%, and SBA supplying 30%. The bank mortgage is for 20 years at ten percent and the SBA loan is for ten years, also at 25 percent. We are assuming some initial start-up capital for operating expenses
The representative of the government will reside on the property while performing necessary day-to-day management tasks. The co-owner, Khakhkhorov Asadbek will locate to the Charvak resort. Since he will reside off of the property, his total planned compensation is higher than that of representative.
