4.1 Qualitative Interviews
Qualitative interviews were conducted with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry lead-
ers, and experts in the field of environmental sustainability and skill development. These interviews provided 
valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with human capital and green development. 
Thematic analysis was performed to identify common patterns and themes from the interview data.
