The fact that the Khojaly genocide was carried out with special cruelty horrified the journalists and
publicists who are citizens of Russian, Georgian, British, French, German, American and other countries. The
international conventions and universal laws accepted in the world condemn genocides like the Khojaly
tragedy and state that they are unacceptable. The people of Azerbaijan have all the legal grounds to file a
lawsuit against the Republic of Armenia at the UN International Court of Justice, guided by the Convention
on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide of December 9, 1948. The world should know
that this crime is directed not only against the people of Azerbaijan, but also against the entire civilized world
and humanity. Today, those who hold important state positions in Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan, Serj Sargsyan,
as well as Robert Kocharyan and others must answer before the international court as the perpetrators of the
genocide.
Crime should not go unpunished. Armenia's military and political aggression should be condemned by
the world community. International organizations, parliaments of world states should give an international
political and legal assessment to the Khojaly genocide committed by the Republic of Armenia on the lands of
Azerbaijan, as a real genocide.

Abstract: The importance of the Eurasian transport corridor in foreign policy is explained in detail in
the article. The Great Silk Road project was brought back into view with the participation of our country. The
foundation of the project was also laid in our country. The Great Silk Road project is of special importance in
the foreign policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, especially in cooperation with international and regional
organizations. As a country that has truly expressed its position in the political arena in modern times, the
direct participation of our country in this regional project will be undeniable.
In my article, I emphasized the
priority of a number of points related to the importance of the topic. These points include foreign policy, trade,
transport infrastructure with international organizations, as well as political and economic cooperation with
directly participating countries.
