9.1. The need for labor resources and their availability
The workforce and staff requirement for this project is 8. Of these, the number of administrative employees is 2, and the remaining 6 people are involved in the main and auxiliary production.
The working hours of the workers are arranged according to the 8-hour working day, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The company allocates bonus money and holiday gifts to employees during holidays and when the pace of the process is improved. It increases the responsibility of employees for work and creates an effective work system.
9.2. Requirement for personnel, the need to train them and organization of training
