What are the differences between a cafe and a restaurant? I believe, nowadays, the differences between them have somewhat narrowed down. Still there might be a couple of differences. As far as I know one of which would be ambience. Regarding cafes, they usually have more of a quiet soft lighting ambience, I mean cafes are a perfect place to discuss over somethings with your colleagues as they are less crowded than restaurants. By contrast, restaurants are way noisier and more crowded as opposed to cafes. Mostly people go to restaurants to celebrate special occasions such as anniversary or birthday. 3. What kind of people like to go to cafes? I’d say, mostly youngsters would be regular cafe-goers, because they have more free time than adults and they normally like to chat with their friends and cafes are a best place for them to meet up with. For example, my friends and I go to fast food centers quite frequently just to have fun and talk to each other. On top of that,
