Missionaries from Japan to visit Bethany Lutheran Church
We are excited for our visit this summer to your congregation.
Erik will preach on Luke 24:13-35, The Walk to Emmaus.
This text ties into the ELCA model of accompaniment that we use for mission
That week we will also join you at Vacation Bible School. Nozomi is excited about joining you.
Cost: We’ve been working our hardest to keep the costs low for you.
Unfortunately this summer will cost a little more simply because we are now calculating the cost of airfare
and meals for three missionaries. Costs are calculated by adding our total travel costs divided by the
number of church visits. Our cost per church is $400.00
We are excited to worship together, share stories and enjoy meals together this summe.
Grace & Peace,
Erik, Tauna & Nozomi Roth
*We will have a potluck brunch after worship on June 26
