The reason it is not always possible to predict
what people are going to say is that, by
definition, every utterance is an original one.
Whereas, for example, the predictable
conversation between a librarian and student
would be about a book, we could not predict
the possibility that one was inviting the other
out for dinner. The following examples are,
however, all of a predictable nature.
NB The answers in the last two columns
are only examples, out of many possible
answers. What is important is that you
have
