The level of scientific novelty of the research results:
The chemical composition of the plant Gentiana olivieri has been studied
for the first time. As a result of observations of plants, biological classification
was studied and plant material was collected. A plant extraction system has been
developed. The quality and quantity of the elements contained in the Gentiana
olivieri plant were determined by the ISP MS method. This method was used to
determine 43 elements found in the composition of the plant. The amount of
amino acids in the body was determined.
For the first time, 7-O-β-D-
glucosocoumarin has been isolated from a plant
and its structure has been
proven. Currently organized pharmacological properties of this substance.
Practical significance of the study:
- Justify the rational and efficient use of plants.
-Creation of preparations for use in natural medicine from the wild plant
