12. Epicrisis/patient’s summary
Short, straight to the point overview of the case history [diagnosis and its brief explanation, overview of treatment (without doses), prognosis regarding future performance at work and regarding the course of the disease based on diagnosis and severity of disease, and other recommendations for aftercare].
13. Used Literature
General rules that are followed in research work have to be applied when writing the academic case history. Using references is mandatory, especially in chapters 4, 5 and 7-12. All references have to be presented by last names of authors in alphabetical order in the list of used literature.
14. Tables, Figures and Other
General rules that are followed in research work have to be applied when compiling tables and figures. The title should clearly describe the contents of the table. Captions of figures are presented below the figure itself, titles of tables above. All of the tables and figures must be referred to in the text.
