Paul Holland and Steven Harrington toured Joint Base Andrews and discussed the best way to administer a survey to the base residents. Pentagon officers on the base cannot be contacted and other units are compartmentalized which would hinder distribution of the survey.
Col. Hartman suggested that the survey go through the Base survey office which would get a better response rate. He indicated the 11th Wing is supportive of the survey and that he will help shape the questions to obtain the information we are looking for, but it will be challenging to get to the targeted demographic.
