being distinct. for instamse, highlights two ‘facets” or dimensions in the hyponyms
of laptop, and divedes them into two sets: “physical object” (such as software or
hardware) and “high technology” (such as tech-savvy gadget or jackingtosh).
according to cruse, the cohyponyms of the same hyperonym display within-set the
quality of being incompatible, but between-set compatibility (a certain laptop can
be simultaneously techno-savvy app or software, but software can not be hardware
at the same time.) or we can conclude that every unit
has its specific meaning of
the concept or “microsense” ( “e.g. regarding its properties, attributes or functions)
which is shown in a certain contexts and create it differenciate from each other
with the main idea of the same concept in a different context. for instanse,
although genre generally has a single sense, it can
be classified in different
domains under a variety of hyperonyms (poetry, romance, detective, comedic,
fantacy, thiller, etc.). In this situation, it is clear that hyponymy it’s a broad
conceptual relation that includes many specific nuance that could be exploited as
ameans to decompose it and obtain a more fine-grained vision of
generic-specific
relations.
Additionally, we can see another examples which can be analysed for its
lexical features.
In Uzbek linguistics, the study of hyponymic relations, that is,
the gender-
species category, lexical units expressing the meanings of belonging to the same
family and group, is considered as
a separate object of research, indicating that
these relations have begun to be studied more deeply. In 1990, R. Safarova's
candidate's thesis on "Hyponymy in the Uzbek language" consisted of determining
the relations and connections in the hyponymic phenomenon and studying the
specific aspects of hyper-hyponymous relations based on the materials of widely
used zoonyms. This research work not only led to the
opening of new aspects in
the study of the interaction of lexical paradigms, but also served to introduce new
terms in Uzbek linguistics, their scope of use and specific aspects into a deeper
science. In Uzbek linguistics, the study of hyponymic
relations is also the

clarification of synonymous and homonymous relations, that is, the fact that words
denoting gender-species category, kindred, and belonging to the same family,
group are considered as a separate object of research, indicates that such relations
have begun to be studied more deeply.
