human beings. Therefore, today, the main task of us teachers-coaches is to create the 
necessary conditions for young people to show their potential, to carry out explanatory work 
to prevent the spread of the idea of violence - the "virus", to provide social support to the 
young generation, to protect their rights and interests. We believe that it is necessary to 
develop multilateral cooperation. That's why young people have always been recognized as an 
active layer of society. Even during the Eastern Renaissance, the role of youth in the renewal 
of society was incomparable.
In this regard, this stratum, which is constantly forming, requires constant guidance and 
support... This means that the state should take measures aimed at creating optimal 
conditions and opportunities for the free socialization of young people in the interests of the 
country and effective expression of themselves, as well as supporting young people. the 
system of activities refers to the 
state policy regarding youth. Poet O‘.Khaydarov said that in 
an interview with the mass media - "What our future will be like, renewal and changes will 
depend on the attention we pay to our patriotic youth today. 
It is one of our main tasks to educate them to be selfless, patriotic, intellectually and 
physically perfect. " By the way, this is the truth. Measures to create suitable conditions for 
young people who do not work or study anywhere, provide them with comprehensive 
support, guide them to the profession and ensure their employment, and encourage their 
initiatives have reached a new level in recent years. Tomorrow, a peaceful life will directly 
depend on the perception, worldview, knowledge and skills of our growing youth. Therefore, 
our government always considers our desire to learn as a priority. In particular, the Law of 
the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Policy Regarding Youth" means that the legal guarantees 
of the rights and interests of young people are getting stronger in Uzbekistan.
New innovative technologies are being introduced for our education, which serves to 
further increase the number of talented people among young people. As, in today's world, the 
number of rapidly developing countries due to the introduction of innovative development 
models, the export of advanced ideas, "know-how" and "smart" technologies is increasing. We 
young people know very well that innovation means the future.
We will start building our great future based on innovative ideas. We did not choose to 
move to the path of innovative development and digital economy for nothing. Because in 
today's fast-paced world, who wins? The country that relies on new thought, new idea, 
innovation will win. As an example, I can say that in Uzbekistan, young men and women with 
their own ideas and projects are supported at the ministerial level, and various competitions 
are organized for them.
Young people are showing their talent and potential in big technological development 
marathons like "Start-up", "Techno Ways". He has become a winner of grants and is turning 
his developments into useful devices. In addition, the "Youth Academy" was established in my 
country. In a short time, the structure has become a space that unites talented young people 
with innovative projects and ideas, students, scientists and entrepreneurs under the age of 40, 
and encourages them in every way. Young inventors work here on one of 4 platforms: "Idea
