SUMMARY 
 
The presented artiqle deals with the development of scientific and technical proqress 
and reforms for the efficient use of scientific potensial of hiqher schools in our Republic. 
The  serions  problems  in  the  social,  politikal  and  spiritual  life  of  our    Republik  and 
learing  them,  discovering  of  feautures    of  transmitions  period  and  carrying  out  complex 
investigations are taken  into consideration in the given article. 
  
The article  also deals with the influence of scientifik and technical progress,  mutual 
cooperation of scientists,  philosophers, sosiologists, economists  and historians. 
In  the  presented  article    it  is  hoped  for  scientifik  abd  technicial  preogress  its  future 
and  its influense to human's life. But it must be realized that a human must not  give  his (her) 
will to technics  .  
They   have to do their best  with the  help of technics  for the realization of premium 
ideas. 
The article has great iprotance  for  the following of ment of scientific khowledge and 
determination of the ways of development of science.
