Number of permits, annual Example: Up to 65,000 persons annually on a worldwide basis in occupations consisting of (a) fashion models who
are of distinguished merit and ability; and (b) persons engaged in a speciality occupation, requiring (i) theoretical and
practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge, and (ii) attainment of a bachelor’s or higher degree in
the speciality (or its equivalent) as a minimum for entry into the occupation in country A. Entry for persons named in
this section is limited to three years.
