Mobile computing is a variety of devices that allow people to access data and information from wherever they are. Mobile computing allows for transmission of data, voice and video. Mobile Computing allows transmission via a computer or any other wireless enabled device without having to be connected to a fixed physical link. Types of Mobile Computing Devices: PDA-pocket computers, Smartphones, Tablet PCs, Apple iOS, Google Android,Windows Phone, Palm OS and Symbian OS. Mobile computing has grown in recent years. It is projected that in the future, mobile computing will control almost all technological activities in the world. Mobile computing improves operational efficiency, speeds up business transactions and enables better customer service.
