balance of foreign trade turnover remains in the remaining 16 countries.
Problem
: It is known that in many countries information is given about the goods
before they reach the border, and fast departure of the goods is ensured. In Uzbekistan,
last year, out of 416,000 declarations, only 344 were formalized before the cargo
arrived at the border. Advance notification of cargo is 98% in road transport, but not
at all in railways.Today, 1,836 types of goods are checked by three offices at the same
time, and as a result, import-export documents are being processed for weeks.
How can we solve this issue to make trade better ?
Solution:
Therefore, it is necessary to establish a system of control not at the border,
but before the goods enter or after they are released into free circulation within the

value of goods, it is important to introduce a system in which the entrepreneur pays
and immediately takes the product, and pays the difference after it is clarified.Looking
at the analysis, in the last 3 years, the number of people crossing the border with
neighboring countries has doubled, and the number of vehicles has increased almost 3
times. But the current infrastructure does not fully meet this demand.
