I'm one of those people who likes to wake 
up early in the morning. In summer, I wake up at 
five in the morning, and in winter, the alarm wakes 
me up at six o'clock. When I wake up, I 
immediately make my bed and drink two glasses of 
warm water to satisfy my morning thirst. I put on 
my gym clothes and start my morning workout. In 
the morning, I prefer light exercise and full-body stretching. After a workout, I take a warm 
shower. For breakfast, I make oatmeal porridge with nuts and fruit, because I need to eat well 
before school. 
After washing the dishes, I open my diary and write down my plans for the day. After 
planning, I spend an hour in silence reading my favorite book, and after reading, I meditate 
for fifteen minutes listening to classical music. After I finish my morning meditation, I spend 
ten minutes on social media. At nine o'clock, I put on my shoes and go for a walk to my 
school listening to an educational podcast on my headphones.
