child while you are preparing dinner or doing cleaning, secondly, it is necessary to fix in the mind 
of the child that you only need to use all the equipment with the permission of the parents, whether 
it be a TV, a computer or a tablet - this should become a rule that is not discussed; thirdly, at any 
age, a child must clearly know how much time per day he can spend at a computer or with a tablet; 
the baby was at the computer more than the established age norms. Based on how old the child is, it 
is possible to determine the allowable rate of stay in front of the monitor, and these are children 4-5 
years old - no more than 15 minutes; 6 years - 20 minutes; 7-9 years - 30 minutes; 10-12 years - 40 
minutes; 13-14 years old - 50 minutes and 16-18 years old - 60 minutes.

adult should not work at a computer continuously for more than an hour. And also it is necessary to

In our country, in the 80s and 90s of the 19th century, the idea of creating a system of

"Charity Society" founded in Turkestan, established shelters (orphanages) for children who did not
