Summary: 
The article deals with the technical and technological support of the formation of 
e-learning environment, continuous improvement of professional knowledge and experience of 
teachers in information and communication technologies, foreign languages and other special 
disciplines in order to improve the quality of education.

With a clear understanding of the role of e-learning environment in improving the quality of 
education, the state plans to take a number of measures to ensure its technical and technological 
support. It is included in the Action Strategy for the Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 
2017-2021. After all, we live in an era of globalization today. Technology is evolving at a 
tremendous rate. Along with globalization, the forms and manifestations of information and 
ideological attacks are increasing. At the same time, it is necessary to show the aspects of national 
identity, national mentality and identity as an integral part of education and upbringing. Because it 
is these factors that reflect some aspects of ideological immunity. 
The period requires taking into account all these aspects in the upbringing of the younger 
generation. Therefore, it is necessary that the education system of our country in the coming years 
will continue to develop in line with modern requirements. After all, as we develop the education 
system, we will ensure that our future society develops in the way of the highest values and 
aspirations of our people. At the same time, the development of the world does not stop there. 
Therefore, the constant reform of the education system, the improvement of teaching methods and 
tools, the enrichment of educational content is an important requirement of today. This, in turn, 
requires strengthening the process of training modern teachers and the requirements for their 
qualifications. 
Based on the tasks set by the President, we consider it necessary to emphasize the following 
work to increase the competence of teachers working in the field of training in the field of e-
learning: 
1. Continuous improvement of the level of professional knowledge and experience of 
teachers in information and communication technologies, foreign languages and other special 
disciplines in order to improve the quality of education. 
2. Continuous study of the experience of advanced foreign universities in the development 
of e-learning, the development of modern curricula, science programs and appropriate teaching 
materials on the basis of the study of their experience. 
3. Carrying out a comparative analysis of "on-line" courses organized by the specialties 
taught and introducing them to students. 
4. Improving the educational process with the help of ICT, not only through the deepening 
of theoretical knowledge, but also practical knowledge, the formation of practical skills, methods 
and competencies, the ability to work on projects and grants, teamwork, leadership qualities. 
To bring up a person with a deep knowledge of his specialty, able to solve problems, fluent 
in a foreign language, able to use special computer programs, highly spiritual. Currently, the 
capabilities of the Moodle system are widely used for students and faculty to study independently.
