3.0 Literature Review
3.1 Significance:
Literature reviews are a core element of most scientific research reports and
theses and in some cases may constitute the entire report. It is important to
know where your project fits in order to assess it’s significance and avoid re-
inventing the wheel. You should generally be attempting to piggy-back on
work already done if you want to be at the cutting-edge.
