3.1.1(4) The director may impose any terms or conditions in connection with
the order that the director considers necessary.
3.1.1(5) If additional information comes to the attention of the director, the
director may reconsider the order on request, or on his or her own
initiative.
3.1.1(6) A person requesting a reconsideration of an order must provide the
director with
(a) information demonstrating why reconsideration is appropriate;
and
(b) any other information requested by the director.
3.1.1(7) Unless it is suspended or revoked, an order under section 40 of the
Act is valid for the period specified in the order which must not be
more than three years.

3.1.1(8) The director must provide a copy of an order made under section 40
of the Act
(a) to the person, if any, who requested the order or applied for
reconsideration;
(b) to any person whose name and contact information was
provided to the director under clause (2)(a); and
(c) to any person the director considers appropriate.

HOW COMMITTEES ARE TO FUNCTION
Term of office
3.2(1)
A committee member is to serve for a term of two years and
continues to hold office until reappointed or re-elected or until a
successor is appointed or elected.
3.2(2)
Despite subsection (1), if a union exists and the union’s constitution
specifies a term of office for worker members of the committee, the
term of office of the worker member is the term specified in the
union’s constitution.

Committee inspection of workplace
3.2.2
The members of a committee must inspect the workplace and the
work processes and procedures at the workplace at least once before
each regularly scheduled meeting of the committee.
