aligned with my higher self/inner guidance system. I find that when I take the
time in the morning to get tuned into ME I'm far more productive the rest of the
day. How do I do this? I try to catch my first thoughts
of the day and I steer them
toward positivity. As soon as I can think of it after waking up and will take a
minute or two to appreciate my comfy bed, my healthy family,
my amazing
friends, the tea I will drink in a few minutes,
etc. After that I go for a walk so
that I can breathe in fresh air and move my body. Usually when I get back I'm
ready to sit down and get to work. I'm also a huge fan of the app HiFutureSelf. I
use it to send myself reminders, sometimes hourly, that keep me tuned in and
feeling good and intentional.
