www.AndreaVahl.com I try to start most days with exercise. I love to run and I
think that helps clear my mind and energize me for the day. I use a combination
of a paper to-do list (I still love paper and crossing things off) and I star the 3
things that must get done that day. Then I use Google Calendar to block off time
to get things done in the coming weeks. If it's scheduled, then I can defend that
time from other things that pop up. That also helps me know when my time is
full so I don't over commit. I use Calendly to give my clients an easy way to
schedule time with me and it works with my Google calendar to show them my
availability.
