rilgan 20 yillik tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ijo-
diy korxonalar an’anaviy ish o‘rinlariga nisbatan
ikki barobar ko‘p ish o‘rinlarini yaratadi. Avto-
matlashtirilgan ishlarga qaramay, robotlar kishi-
larning o‘rnini bosganda, ijodiy sohalar insonga
muhtoj. Ma’lum bo‘lishicha, bu juda barqaror ish
ekan. Hozirgi globallashuv sharoiti, istaymizmi-
yo‘qmi, bizning ishlash va yashash tarzimizni o‘z-
gartirmoqda. Birinchidan, biz globallashish, iflos-
lanish, moliyaviy inqirozlar yoki yangi epide-
miyalar bo‘ladimi, butun dunyoga ta’sir qiladigan
murakkab muammolarga tobora ko‘proq duch
kelmoqdamiz. Ushbu muammolarni hal qilish
bo‘yicha harakatlarni muvofiqlashtirish uchun
bizga ijobiy fikrlash va ijodiy g‘oyalar kerak.
