of deductions and expenses 
I understand and agree with the following:
1) STCW Safety / qualification certificates required to serve on board the ship have 
to be obtained at crew expense. The company special offer is as follows: the cost 
of the certificates in the amount of 450 EUR will be deducted from the first 
salary on board.
2) My joining ticket will be paid by the cruise line employer. If agreed with the 
company that medical examination will be performed upon arrival to the port of 
embarkation, it will be at crew expense. I understand that if during medical exam
I am recognised UNFIT FOR DUTY, the employment offer will be void, and I 
have to purchase my own ticket to the residence place and cover myself any 
other expenses connected to repatriation.
