3.5 RDB dastgohida ishlov berish dasturi uchun tayanch nuqtalar koordinatalarini aniqlash.
Detallarga ishlov berganda asbob va detal mos shakl yasovchi xarakatlarni bajarib, bir-biriga nisbatan ma’lum traektoriya bo’yicha xarakatlanadi. Natijada detalning talab etilgan konturi xosil bo’ladi. RDB stanoklarda asbob markazining xarakat traektoriyasi dasturlanadi. O’tuvchi keskichlar uchun asbob markazi asbob cho’qqisidagi doira yoyining markazi; uch frezalar, parmalar, razvertkalar va zenkerlar uchun - asos markazi, sferik toretsli uch frezalar uchun - yarimsfera markazi va x. k. bo’ladi. Agar ishlov berish jarayonida asbob radiusi detalning konturi buylab o’zgarmasa, u xolda asbob markazining traektoriyasi detalning konturiga nisbatan ekvidistanta bo’ladi. Aks xolda asbob markazining xarakat traektoriyasi detalning konturidan jiddiy farqlanadi. Lekin amalda bunday traektoriya xam ekvidistantli deb ataladi. A o‘rnatish uchun.

Xulosa

Men ushbu kurs loyihasini bajarish jarayonida “Qopqoq” detalini zagotovka holatidan tayyor detal ko’rinishiga kelguniga qadar bo’lgan texnologik jarayon marshrutini KTLM/500 markali Tokarlik-Revoliver RDB dastgohi asosida ishlab chiqdim. Texnologik jarayon uchun zarur kesuvchi asboblarni tanladim.


Texnologik qismda detalga ishlov berish uchun zaruriy kesish maromlari aniqlandi. Kesuvchi asbobning ishlov berish marshruti bo’yicha harakat traektoriyasi, geometrik ma’lumotlarni o’zgarishi bo’yicha tayanch nuqtalar aniqlandi va ularning koordinatalari olindi. Yakunda KMT/500 markali Tokarlik-Revoliver RDB dastgohida ishlov berish uchun dastur ishlab chiqildi.
RDB dastgohlarda ishlov berish texnologiyasini ishlab chiqish va dasturlash bo’yicha kerakli ko’nikmalarni o’zlashtirdim.
