Relevance of the topic. When learning foreign languages, we mean more language materials, when we say language materials, we study the phonetic, grammatical areas and linguistic theoretical materials of the language, we read them for many years, we refer to countless literature, but they are also not enough to master the language perfectly.
First of all, it is necessary to create literature in our native language, which covers the materials of this language, and secondly, materials other than the language - materials such as the history, ethnography, customs, daily life, state system, religious beliefs of the peoples whose language is being studied. we also study in classrooms, we must know them well. Nowadays, the word "barrel" is often heard in the press, and we hear statements like "one barrel of gasoline costs so many dollars". How much does it weigh? - a container with one barrel of gasoline. We are talking about familiarity with such materials so that people who drive an ordinary car can understand it, which is part of the relevance of the topic.
President I.A. Karimov said: "In our recent history, our learning of western languages ​​was mainly mediated by the Russian language, not our mother tongue. Because of this, for example, English-Uzbek and Uzbek-English dictionaries are almost `q.
As a result, our children who have graduated from Uzbek schools are stuck and face many obstacles in learning foreign languages. We need to quickly change such weak and inappropriate situations, to fully open opportunities for the Uzbek child to easily enter the wonderful world of foreign languages.
In our country, we need to speed up the preparation of the accelerated methodology of learning foreign languages ​​on a national basis.¹

It is known from the words of the President that it is necessary to prepare textbooks, manuals, dictionary, language learning methodology and non-linguistic (extralinguistic) materials immediately. Who prepares them? - personnel, scientific work
should be prepared by foreign language specialists. Therefore, foreign language experts must master the extra-linguistic materials as well as the language.
It is necessary to get familiar with the material-resources related to the national economy of those countries by traveling to and from the countries where the language is being studied, by mastering the science of local studies, films and films.
It is known that Uzbekistan's relations with foreign countries in the international arena are improving day by day, especially our relations with large developed countries such as America, Japan, Germany, China, South Korea have been positive, as a result, Uzbekistan has more than 120 states recognized. Nowadays, international events are often held, all this is due to I.A. The above-mentioned words of Karimov are proof.
As a result of establishing contacts with such developed countries, Uzbekistan is becoming economically richer, and we should not forget that foreign language specialists are useful in this work.
The first communication, the preparation of the first documents takes place through an interpreter.
A hard-working translator knows both languages ​​and the extralinguistic facts used in these languages ​​well, so the heads of state understand each other correctly. In the future, there will be such dialogues at every step, which means that the training of linguists and scientific staff who know the language well is one of the tasks of our senior scientific staff. They are now mastering language materials well. Now they are also starting to master extralinguistic, that is, non-linguistic materials, such as the national economy, structure, state structure of the countries where the language is being studied, the customs, customs, and things used in life and marriage. are studying, this Master's dissertation is being written in order to restore such a translation, that is why we consider our chosen topic to be a very relevant field today, without which we foreign language specialists cannot know the language perfectly.
