NATIONAL SECURITY OF KAZAKHSTAN UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF EXTERNAL IMPACT TECHNOLOGY Reipnazarova S. Doctoral Researcher at the International Relations Department, UWED Summary: When we talk about the role of technology of external influence on the Republic of Kazakhstan, it should be noted that the processes of competition of world players have not bypassed Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan has become the main object of geopolitical competition for Central Asia, which has made it hostage to the foreign policy strategies of external players. As a result, all this led to the fact that for a long time the political process in the republic has been under the influence of third actors and often to the detriment of its own national interests. Keywords: National security, technology of external influence, geopolitical interests, Central Asia, Russia, China, EU, EAEU, CSTO, EU Central Asian strategy, green deal, economic integration, external actors, humanitarian cooperation. Ensuring national security is the main condition for the development of the Republic of
Kazakhstan as an independent sovereign state. The national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
according to the current Law of the country "On the National Security of the Republic of
Kazakhstan" dated January 6, 2012, is understood as "the state of protection of the country's
national interests from real and potential threats, ensuring the dynamic development of a person and
a citizen, society and the state" . In the modern sense, "national security" is not just a state of
security, but a state that ensures the dynamic development of the main objects and subjects of
national security. It is also characterized as: the absence of dangers to the individual, society and the
state, the existence of conditions for a decent life for people, the satisfaction and realization of their
needs and interests, the stable state of society, its qualitative certainty, sustainable and progressive
development in the system of international relations, the property of society to maintain its integrity
, relative independence and stability, ability to develop, type of activity, system of measures aimed
at preventing danger. The system for ensuring national security is formed by interacting forces for
ensuring it, other state bodies and organizations that carry out measures of a political, legal,
organizational, economic, military and other nature aimed at ensuring the security of a person and
citizen, society and the state.
The technology of external influence is primarily understood as the geopolitical interests of
external players, while, in the context of new trends in world politics, such players are not only state
actors, but also new, non-state players represented by TNCs, interest groups, etc. With the
emergence of new non-traditional actors, new export technologies, tools and directions of influence
on states also appear.
Kazakhstan, as a modern state, on the way of its development, the formation of a stable legal
democratic state, becomes a hostage to a situation where internal political processes are influenced
not by endogenous factors, but also by external players realizing their geopolitical ambitions. The
external factor in the transformation of political regimes in the modern world has long ceased to be
something exceptional. All political systems, regardless of the role and place of the state on the
world stage, are somehow influenced by third players who use various mechanisms to implement
their strategies: economic, political, social. The modern reality is such that external players,
realizing their strategic geopolitical plans, shamelessly interfere in the internal politics of other
states, bringing convenient political regimes to power, instilling liberal values, destroying
traditional historical and cultural ties. The state of constant chaos within the state - the object of
influence plays into the hands of external actors, as it allows you to consolidate your influence in
