Summary:
 18 types of helminths belonging to the nematode class were found to parasitize 
sheep in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. During the research, most of the 18 types of nematodes 
recorded in sheep are geohelminths, only 3 types are biohelminths. As a result of the research 
conducted in the conditions of Karakalpakstan, the level of infection of sheep with nematodes was 
estimated from 35.9% to 5.6%.
