Please Explain: Durdona Egamnazarova is one of the leading researchers and specialist in Andijan Region . The topic she has researched and will continue in future is considered one of the important and actual in present stage of comparative linguistics. To build up relationship with foreign Universities, Durdona is the best candidates because she has an excellent language proficiency, she knows her field very well, she will use her time, within the program, very effectively to cooperate with US specialists, to spend the time in Universities libraries and to develop linguistic science in Uzbekistan. There are many fields in education need to be investigated and one of the priorities is to develop CLIL programs, i.e most STEM specialists learn specific English autonomously. The faculty where Durdona is working has strong need to develop programs according to the specialists’ needs. I believe through FEP, our institute will be able to cooperate and develop programs which will be useful for the whole region Narrative Statement Please provide a narrative statement below. Egamnazarova Durdona has an immense interest in learning, she is the one of the true role models among my acquaintances who is autonomous learner and a great leader. Through years of her professional career she managed to develop her research skills and in spite her young age she was able to conduct research in the field of Language Discourse and defend her Ph.D. dissertation. These days Durdona is actively supervising 18 bachelor and master students in writing their thesis and Master research papers. Durdona is persistent, carefully follows her action plan and have perseverance to complete her professional duties. If I refer to her analytical thinking , Durona always finds the way to interpret the difficult situation, I would say that she is very professional diplomat. She has a balanced temper, which is important in her present position as a dean of the faculty. Durdona is always opens and ready for dialogue in case of misunderstanding and misleading situations, and she likes asking questions which is useful and necessary trait of successful leader. She is brilliant at literature and language, therefore she kindly provides constructive feedback to her friends’ and colleagues’ written papers where she provides useful language and developmental comments. Durdona is an excellent teacher, the language materials she uses is a careful search from language and methodology updates, materials she learnt from teacher training courses, some advices from colleagues and other professionals.
