Stability of Thiring’s Instantons in Phase Space
The massless Thirring model is a well-known exactly solvable quantum field theory in (1+1) dimensions, as it has been shown, for the first time, by Walter Thirring in 1958.
An instanton is a classical solution to equations of motion with a finite, non-zero action, either in quantum mechanics or in quantum field theory.
In this thesis, we have investigated dynamic characteristics and evolution of instanton solutions of a two-dimensional conformal invariant wave equation with nonlinear self-coupled spinor term had been proposed by W. Thirring.
