Overall, It is perfect that Industrialized regions had the highest level of cooperation in all parts such as education science and research for both years.
It is visible from the charts that in every sectors industrialised countries had the apical point opposite to developing countries. in education developing countries was approximately 2 in 1980 formerly raised to 3 years in 1990. Similarly with the former industrialised countries saw a same rise in 1990.
The number of Scientist and Technician was much higher in developed countries than the developing countries. The percentage of Scientist and Technician in developing countries both in 1980 and 1990 was below 20 while this was around 50 on an average in developed countries.
In 1990 development of industrialised countries increased at a reasonable level about from 40 to 70. There was a biggest growth industrialised countries on research between just over 150 and 350 while developing countries were declining.
