GENERAL PARTNERSHIP The Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved be the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 21.12.1995 No. 163-I, Article 60 A limited partnership is a partnership in which, along with the participants who carry out entrepreneurial activities on behalf of the partnership and are responsible for the obligations of the partnership with all their property (general partners), there are one or more participants (investors, limited partners) who bear the risk of losses associated with the activities of the partnership, within the limits of the amounts of their contributions and do not take part in the implementation of entrepreneurial activities by the partnership.
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP The Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved be the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 21.12.1995 No. 163-I, Article 61. A limited liability company is a company founded by one or more persons, the authorized capital (charter fund) of which is divided into shares of the sizes determined by the constituent documents. Members of a limited liability company are not liable for its obligations and bear the risk of losses associated with the activities of the company, within the value of their contributions.
LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY The Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved be the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 21.12.1995 No. 163-I, Article 62. A joint-stock company is a company whose authorized capital is divided into a certain number of shares. The participants of the joint-stock company (shareholders) are not liable for its obligations and bear the risk of losses associated with the activities of the company, within the value of the shares they own
JOINT STOCK COMPANY The Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved be the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 21.12.1995 No. 163-I, Article 64. are both businesses with more than one owner
