4. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Some numerical results are shown in Fig.2-6. The following values of the initial parameters were used in the calculations:

Figures 2, 5 show the results for cases (a), (b), (c). As you can see, as the value decreases from 1, the concentration distribution intensifies in the direction.
As can be seen from Fig. 2-6, a decrease in the values of and from 1 leads to "fast diffusion", concentration profiles spread over the region more intensively, and the fields are blurred along the coordinate directions. Figure 6 shows the results for cases (a), (b), (c). So, if, in case , the concentration field along the at axis reaches approximately the boundary and at we have 1 m similar expansion of the field distribution zone can be observed along the direction of the axis .
