4.1.1. Homework Task Fifteen

Please explain in one page how the Homework Task One lesson fits into the syllabus of the course, the curriculum, and the national standards.

The lesson for the Homework Task One was developed according to the topic and text type included in the course syllabus. The type syllabus designed for teaching the Practical English course in the curriculum is of a skills-based approach.

The lesson derived from the course syllabus for Practical English and comes from curriculum matches the content of teaching and learning foreign language for level B11 of Higher Education.. The curriculum sets the aim of reaching B1 level of CEFR by the end of Year 1. For this reason the Practical English course is taught in Year 1, 2, and its content clearly matches the linguistic competence.
