Muhammad Amin Rasulzadeh was born on January 31, 1884 in Novkhani village of Baku . His father, who was a clergyman, sent his son to the second "Russian-Muslim" school headed by teacher Sultan Majid Ganizadeh , after graduating from this school, Muhammad Amin Rasulzadeh continued his education in Baku Technical School, in Russian. However, he left his education and started political activity.
Soviet era
After the April invasion, feeling that it was dangerous to stay in Baku and that he was constantly being searched, Muhammad Amin Rasulzade left Baku and went to Lahija with Abbasgulu Kazimzade . However, the situation in Lahij was increasingly tense. Information about his strict monitoring was also conveyed. Muhammad Amin Rasulzadeh was arrested on August 25, 1920, when he was leaving Lahij and heading towards Garamaryam . Muhammad Amin Bey, who was arrested together with Abbasgulu Kazimzadeh on the basis of the arrest list No. 1931 of the Special Department of the Military Revolutionary Council of the XI Army, announced that he is 36 years old, has a secondary education and is a journalist, he is in the government, he is the chairman of the Central Committee of the Musavat Party, he lives on his own and he is married.
Muhammad Amin Rasulzade, who was released from prison, met his family and left for Moscow . Rasulzade, who worked for a while in Moscow at the Commissariat of Nations of the RSFSR , emigrated from there to Petersburg , then to Finland , and then to Turkey .
From the end of 1922, Muhammad Amin Rasulzade began to work in Istanbul. He wrote about scattered immigrants abroad:
On November 8, 1934, Alimardan Bey Topchubashov , the Speaker of the Parliament of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic , died near Paris . His funeral was attended by Muhammad Amin Rasulzadeh and representatives of the exiled governments of all republics. They spoke about Topchubashov's life and activities.
