How have you been? I'm fine here and I'm sorry that we haven't spoken for a while. I am actually writing this letter to tell you to take part in handball activities which is going to be held in your school.
I came to know about it from my little sister as you know she also studies in the same school. Handball is a very healthy, refreshing and entertaining activity. There are a lot of benefits to take part in this sport.
I figured you would excell in this kind of sports since I know you run really fast and you are very compatible with team activities. In this activity, you need to score a goal with the ball to the opposite gate. You need a lot of stamina since you have to run all the way while performing different stances.
I'm recommending this particular sport to you because it is good for physical health. It teaches you team work and problem solving skills. It can also help in reducing anxiety or stress or any type of mental problems. It's also a rewarding and exciting learning process to help you to boost your confidence and develop a good attitude.
