This team did very well from the beginning of the interview, good 
greeting and HR manager also introduced the interviewers one by one. 
They were relevant because the interviewer was able to hold her own 
from the beginning of the interview and began to answer the questions 
well. Also, questions were variety, the interviewers asked him questions 
about her interests, last work, fails and how she can find a way when she 
gets into a difficult situation. The questions were about this logistics, and 
one of the interviewers asked if you were in a difficult situation, would 
you ask someone for help? But the candidate said that I am an 
independent person and I don't like to ask for help from other people. 
Personally, I wouldn't answer that way, because people need to help each 
other in difficult situations, and I will be happy to help if someone is in a 
difficult situation and asks me for help. The interviewers asked him about 
her level of English, which was definitely a very important question, 
because a worker entering a logistics company must have a high level of 
language proficiency and the candidate said that she had a score of 7 in 
IELTS and a 7.5 in speaking part. Personally, I would say that to make this 
job interview even better, it would be great if the interview was 
conducted with a little smile, and I think that the girl who came to the 
interview would feel better during the interview and would not be 
disappointed. The strengths of this interview were that it mainly covered 
the candidate's interests, information about the logistics company, and 
detailed information about the work schedule. Another good thing was 
that the interviewers asked very relevant questions without going off 
topic. In my opinion, the candidate will definitely be hired, because the 
interviewers told the company that they are looking for just such an 
employee, and this girl will definitely pass the interview. One of the 
reasons is that this candidate has worked in this field before, which gives 
her a great opportunity to land a new job.
