TSE T 2, TSE T1 weighted sequences were obtained in axial projection and TSE T1, TSE T2 sequences in sagittal projection.
In received tomograms:
Lumbar lordosis is native.
Intensity of vertebral bodies are normal.
Spinal cord is ended in TH 12- L 1 level.
Width and intensity of “Horse tail” part is normal.
Intensity of posterior paravertebral soft tissues is intact.
No abnormal symptoms are seen in sacral site.
Pathological signal intensity is determined in left ileo-sacral joint. Initially it is advised to reject specific origin pathological processes and in further level, if needed, it is advised to have onco-markers.
