Labour cost

The average cost of labour is usually considered as a general indicator of price competitiveness, and it also determines the average labour cost to each final output. They can be shown as the ratio of whole remuneration of labour per hour worked to output per hour worked. The unit labour cost is calculated in percentile differences and indices. The diagram shows that in the period from 2016 to 2017, there is a sharp jump in the price of chicken meat. One of the main reasons is the increase in interest rates for Unit labour costs. Evidence of this at the beginning of the year, the price of chicken was 115 cents and under the influence of Unit labour costs which increased from 2.5% to 11.5%, we can see that the price has risen to 150 cents. And by the end of 2017, we see a correction in the chicken meat market as expected after a sharp jump in prices.
