The International Certificate for operators of pleasure craft (ICC)
issued in accordance with Resolution No. 40 is recognized by more
than 25 UN member States both within and outside the UNECE
region. The UNECE database of ICC models is available at

The Informal Working Group on recreational navigation was
established in 2017 focused on ICC and exchange of best practice
in training and certification of operators of pleasure craft.
The map of European Recreational Inland Navigation Network
(AGNP) is maintained by Resolution No. 52.
